Copyright and DMCA
Sending a notice
We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. Use the form below or email our designated agent, [Designated DMCA agent name], at [email protected] ([Registered business address]). A valid notice includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work;
- the URL of each infringing item on our site;
- your contact information (address, email, and phone if available);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, email [email protected] with your signature, the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, your name, address and phone, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court. We forward counter-notices to the complainant and may restore the content after 10 business days unless we are told a lawsuit has been filed.
Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of users and developers who repeatedly infringe.
