The rules for using PlayAFK: accounts, rewards, conduct and what we are and are not responsible for.

Agreement

These Terms are a contract between you and Makera Games [legal entity name to confirm]. By using playafk.com you accept them and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, your parent or guardian must agree to these Terms.
  • Give accurate information, keep your password private and tell us about unauthorized use. One person, one account; you may link one Minecraft account and each Minecraft account may be linked once.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, including for multi-accounting, automation or abuse of rewards.

Shards, coins and Minecraft rewards

  • Shards and coins are a limited, revocable license to use virtual items. They have no monetary value, cannot be sold, transferred between accounts or exchanged for money, and are not your property.
  • Earning rates, daily and weekly caps, and which servers participate are set by us and by server operators and may change. Rewards earned through bugs, automation, multiple accounts or other abuse may be removed.
  • Rewards are delivered by the Minecraft server you claim on. We do not control third-party servers and are not responsible if a server is offline, changes its economy or closes.
  • Web AFK earning pauses while the same Minecraft account is online in game, and stops if the server has banned you.

Acceptable use

Do not: harass, threaten or impersonate others; post hateful, sexual or illegal content; spam; cheat, use bots or scripts, or exploit bugs; interfere with the service or other players; try to access other accounts or our systems; or use the service to infringe anyone's rights. Chat sent from the web is delivered to Minecraft servers and is subject to their rules and moderation.

Games and content

Games on the site are made by us or by third-party developers and run in a sandbox. They are provided as is; developers are responsible for their games. Report problems with the report button on each game.

PlayAFK and its own content are protected by intellectual property laws. Chat and other content you submit remains yours; you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display and deliver it as needed to run the service.

NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. Our 3D arena uses our own engine, textures and models.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of virtual items, and our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or USD 50. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Ending these Terms

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if we stop offering the service; virtual items end when your account ends.

We may update these Terms; we will post the new version with a new date and tell you about material changes. Continuing to use the service means you accept them. Effective October 31, 2026.
